Why should I become a guest?

If you are a guest, you simply run a search for a vacant room via our search engine and book it. When you book, a small commission is charged to your credit card/ Paypal account. The date booked is blocked, so nobody else can book it.

After completion of the payment process on the PayPal website, you return to the expo-rooms website to receive the contact details of the landlord and the exact address of the accommodation. The landlord and you receive a confirmation e-mail with the contact details of each party. At the same time, the landlords calendar will be marked as booked and the accommodation will disappear from the search results if somebody would request for the same date a location in the city you have booked.
That’s all! Make sure you understood when and how the rent is to be paid, just to be on the safe side!

If you have special requests (late arrival, additional services, airport pickup etc.) or questions, you may wish to contact your landlord personally.

Please be aware that by booking a date, you sign a valid contract with your landlord.
