Expo-rooms.com may terminate this user agreement at any time and for any reason, including inappropriate use of the site. You agree not to use this site for any purpose that might be unlawful or prohibited by these terms & conditions. The decision of whether a specific usage of the site is inappropriate is in the sole discretion of expo-rooms.com.

All steps of the registering and opening for bookings of your accommodation has to be completed within 45 days, otherwise all registration data will be deleted without prior warning.

You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand and accept that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password.

You understand that when you make a booking, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the accommodation provider, and not with expo-rooms.com. Expo-rooms.com only provides the search and booking functionality, but is not a party to the booking contract. You understand and accept that you pay a non-refundable commission for using this functionality. Expo-rooms.com makes no warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content presented on this website. You understand and agree that in the event that an accommodation proves not available or not suitable for your purposes, your commission is not refundable and you will bring any claims for compensation against the landlord only.

Expo-rooms.com does not warrant that this site, its servers or any email sent from expo-rooms.com is free of viruses or any other harmful components.

You use this website at your own risk. You agree that expo-rooms.com will not be liable for damages arising after your use or inability to use this website and you hereby waive any and all claims with respect hereto whether based on contract, tort or other grounds.

Neither expo-rooms.com nor its directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site and/or any of the material or information offered on it, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages, even if expo-rooms.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.

You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of these terms & conditions will cause such damage to expo-rooms.com as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that expo-rooms.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms & conditions by you or your affiliates, partners or agents. You agree that expo-rooms.com will recover from you any costs incurred in connection with obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney\'s fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

If expo-rooms.com takes any action to enforce these terms & conditions, expo-rooms.com will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney\'s fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief to which expo-rooms.com may be entitled.

Expo-rooms makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that payment transactions via our site are secure. However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement after or while you use your card on this website, expo-rooms.com shall not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered by you in connection with the use of your card on our site.

1. Prices
   
   All prices are as displayed on expo-rooms.com\'s website. By default, the price indicated is per night per offer and includes no breakfast. For the price indicated, you can bring as many adults as indicated in the maximum occupancy field. For each adult bed, a maximum of one small child is allowed with no additional charges. There is no additional charge allowed for cleaning. Cleaning costs must be included in the price displayed.
   
   Although expo-rooms.com takes the most care in collating this information, expo-rooms cannot accept any responsibility for any errors that may arise during data entry or data transmission.
2. Additional services
   
   Any additional services (breakfast, other meals, pickup service, garage etc.) are not included in the price displayed and must be negotiated with the landlord.
3. Payment
   
   Our service is free for landlords. Tenants pay a commission for using our website, which is proportionate to the total amount of the rent. The rent has to be paid in all cases to the landlord, and not to expo-rooms.com.
   
   In case a room booked is not available, although otherwise indicated in the landlord\'s calendar, the landlord is liable to pay to the tenant an indemnification at least equal to the commission paid. Other alternatives (e.g. provision of replacement accommodation, payment for damage or loss suffered) shall be negotiated between landlord and tenant. Under no circumstances will expo-rooms.com be liable or responsible if an accommodation does not correspond to its description on our website or does not satisfy the tenant in any way.
4. Payment conditions
   
   The landlord indicates in his/her profile which payment methods and payment conditions will be accepted. Expo-rooms.com has been designed for customers who are urgently looking for accommodation and are sure to go. In such cases, you will typically pay electronically or on arrival (if accepted by the landlord).
   
   Expo-rooms.com has no influence on and bears no responsibility for cancellation policies of landlords. If you are not sure you will travel to your destination, please check contact your landlord as early as possible and ask about his/her cancellation conditions. Please be aware that private homeowners usually have less customer traffic than a hotel and may therefore be unable to find a replacement tenant short term.
5. Booking confirmation and arrival time
   
   For all bookings, the arrival date is the first day on which you spend the night in the accommodation. The departure date is the date on which you leave the accommodation (and don\'t spend the night at the accommodation).
   
   All bookings are valid with our email confirmation and need no additional agreement between landlord and tenant. However, it is advisable to phone or email your landlord if you intend to arrive late or if you have additional requirements (pickup service, breakfast etc.). Especially when you book short term and make no advance payment, we strongly recommend that you establish personal contact with the landlord to find agreement on how to proceed.
6. Travel information
   
   Expo-rooms is not responsible for providing any additional information connected with your intended travel (e.g. visa requirements, vaccination requirements, wars, natural catastrophies etc.). The fact that such information is not provided on our website does not imply that such information is of no importance. You agree not to take legal action against expo-rooms.com on the grounds that such information was not provided on expo-rooms website.
